Scholarships and\nprizes will be awarded to those candidates who meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. To have Greek\nnationality or citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. The personal income\nof the candidates (only for scholarships) should not exceed \u20ac 12,000, and the\nfamily income should not exceed \u20ac 50,000. (in net taxable amounts),<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. To have been\nadmitted in the department after his\/her first participation in national\nuniversity entry examination and have been registered as first-year students in\nthe department. A student who, while was admitted in a certain department,\nhe\/she was enrolled directly in another university or has been transferred, he\/she\nshould claim the scholarship or award from the department where he was\neventually enrolled or transferred, as long as his grade places him in the\nspecified number of scholarships and prizes of the specific department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. To have completed\nsuccessfully a number of courses that cannot be less than the suggested number\nof courses of the indicative curriculum of the two semesters of each academic\nyear and their average score should not be less than 6.51 (very good).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. To have submitted\nthe required supporting documents on time. The priority order of those who meet\nthe prerequisites for granting a performance scholarship is determined on the\nbasis of the absolute ranking order of success in descending order, after\ntaking into account that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Performance\nscholarships are awarded, based, firstly, on the student\u2019s financial situation\n(see above), and secondly on his academic performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. For the prizes\naward, consisting of a written diploma and the granting of a sum of money, it\nis only the academic performance of the student who ranks him in the first\nplace. A student whose grade ranks first both in the National University Entry\nExamination and the semesters\u2019 academic performance may also receive the\nperformance scholarship, as long as s\/he meets the financial requirements.\nScholarships are not awarded, except for an honorary degree, to students who: –\nDo not meet the financial requirements (see above). – They already hold another\ndegree. – They are Foreign Nationals fellows by the State Scholarships\nFoundation (IKY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. In case of absolute\nequal grades to cover the last or last positions of performance scholarships,\nthe scholarship is granted to the one who has the lowest personal and family\nincome. Full scholarships are awarded to students whose declared personal and\nfamily income is exactly the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
