In the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics there are four legislated laboratories (FEK 1269 / t. ΒΔ / 2015):

3. Laboratory of Molecular and Computational Biology and Genetics
4. Laboratory of Telecommunication systems, Networks and Integrated Services
