English Biomedical Terminology

The course focuses on English for Specific Academic Purposes, and is specifically designed for students of Biomedicine and Bioinformatics. Its aim is to acquaint students with the English language they will need in real communication situations in their future academic career in a number of scientific fields directly related to Biomedicine and Bioinformatics. It provides students with the necessary skills that will familiarize them with the language of these fields using technical terms and academic texts that will engage them with the relevant language structures and terminology.
